I have a Colnago Super with chromed fork, brazed on top tube cable guides, brazed on front derailler hanger, downtube shifter mounts, and brazed on bottom bracket shell derailler cable guides. Despite these indicia of a frame built at earliest in the later 1970's, the frame is drilled for nutted brakes, rather than recessed allen brakes.

Does anyone know when Colnago made the switch? Could it be that there was a transition period during which both iterations were produced?
