Thanks for the info, Chuck. I had 13-20s (soft as butter) as my first good clinchers, dented three, and then switched to E2s. I always thought these were all a little newer than the Gentleman. Is the E2 newer than the E or is it just the double eyelet version (like MA / MA2)? Also, do you know whne the hard anodized E2, the G40, came out? Mavic Module E (E = Elite for Michelin Elite clincher that started it all), Super Champion Gentleman and Rigida 13-19 all came out in the mid-1970s.
