To have read mails of this thread, I am disappointed a little. In 1986 my friend whose brand is Erba made me a frame out of Tange Prestige tubes. I asked him to make it soft but I felt it stiff. Afterward he told me that early Tange Prestige became soft after only several months ride by keirin racers, though it was improved later. With the hope , I have been riding it . I am hopeless now. My weight has not changed .
