I got a Super Tourer framset in a trade from Dale, our listmaster. It was the smallest they made, I think a 20.5 inch frameset. I set it up with all classic components and drop bars and rode it for a few months. The ride was very nice, the small diameter 531 tubes absorbed shock quite nicely. there was no toe clip overlap due to the long fork rake. It was light, and the chrome was nicely finished. That said, the workmanship was so so. Alignment was fine, but gobs of brazing material was present in several places. No big deal. Top tube was very long (57 cm!!) for such a small frame, too long for me, so we parted ways. Cool chartreuse color with black headtube.
