What's the best way to have a frame shipped from the U.K. to the U.S.? I ordered a new Mercian about two years ago and it was shipped Air Mail through the Postal Service for about 45 British Pounds (around $67). Is that my best bet? Anyone ever have a frame shipped from the U.K. using FedEx? Thanks in advance.
