By refinish, I presume you mean re-paint? The best way to tell is to look at
the tubes when you have stripped the paint off using some other method than
sand or bead blasting, i.e., Jasco. There are makers marks at one end of each
of the frame tubes that are obliterated by blasting with anything other than
plastic media. All of the Pinarellos I've seen from that era have been
Columbus SL, but to be sure you have to find the "goose".
