Sounds like they may be C-Record or Croc de Aune. See if a 7mm allen fits, if so then the bolts are your puller too.

Hi Gang, If this is non vintage sorry to the list.I guess I am too vintage because I never got past super record. I just bought a frame with post super record campy cranks.
