It seems like a healthy thing to not give much creedence to other peoples opinions on you pursuit of something that they may not understand anyway. While I really enjoy seeing a bit of "contrast" in list member's opinions, I do enjoy the friendly tone and comraderie of this list. We all love bikes, I assume, and how this love differs is what makes this community interesting. I hope that in voicing certain strongly-held opionions I haven't alienated anyone, particularly any shy lurkers.
