---I hope I haven't missed something, maybe this will help. I have,as most of you know a Specialissima that is full pantograph.Bianchi U.S.A. says it is a 1983.It is the Super Leggera model which in 1983 is top dog.I think in 1982 there was still a Super Corsa.Which was SR titanium and crank spider milled. The "factory"team supposedly used the Super Leggera's.To finish first, first you have to finish. And broken light cranks are non-conducive to finishing at all.Now to try and help on the issue at hand.In this time frame the stay caps will either have bianchi or a b in a circle.Bianchi is either a Super Corsa/Leggera.And a B here is a little or a lot lower. On the down tube lug there should be a B.And on both sides of the top of the fork crown should be the same but smaller B.On the later bikes(specialissima's) the fork crown has bianchi on top.But the 1983 and earlier for I don't know how long prior into the late 1970's should be as I described. But I am no expert.Hope this helps. One more detail is the brake bridge round or the flat Icast type?
