My apologies for having a poorly-lit basement.
The actual size of this frame is 57cm c-to-t, and the top tube is 54cm c-to-t. Standover height with 700C-28s is 32". Has an actual headbadge!
Suntour dropouts, braze-ons for center-pull brakes (not cantis) and one water bottle. Plenty of clearance for the 700c-28 Panaracers and ESGE fenders I had on it. Uses clamp-on guides for rear brake cable, downtube shifter cable stops, and bb derailleur cable guide, all of which will be supplied with the frameset, along with headset and seatpost.
Sorry for the mis-measurement. Hopefully the 1mm won't dash anyone's hopes and dreams.
