[CR]Gipiemme pedal quality

I hear little about Gipiemme parts and how they compare with campy or zeus-esp pedals. Here's one that caught my eye: http://ebay.com/<blah>

Are these the top of the Gipiemme line?( In one place I think I read that Gipiemme restored Coppis bike for auction at the next Tour.So they must be a fairly big company? ) Are these pedals part Titanium like SR?-The description says they are copied from the SR design. How do they compare in quality with SR/NR and also with Ofmega (eg Mistral)?
