Not in loose-ball hubs, but I have a few specialty wheelsets with machine bearing hubs that I degreased and put some Phil oil in. I'd expect the weatherproofness and wear resistance to be less, so I don't use them all the time, but they sure seem to roll effortlessly. Using something lighter like TriFlow would probably be even slicker. Makes a bit of a mess, since the oil seaps around the seals a tad.
