As somewhat of a bibliophile (ok book geek fits better) I thought I'd throw in a few of my faves to browse through.
1. Mike Keefe's "The Ten Speed Commandments" If you don't have a copy of this next to the bed or an the back of the toilet. . . . well you should.
2. Andrew Ritchie "Major Taylor" There have been some great racers in the past but none of them had to fight the battles The Major did.
3. Graham Watson "Visions of Cycling" If Stephen Roche's picture on p.92 doesn't make you throw your arms in the air nothing will.
4. Tony Hadland "The Sturmey-Archer Story" This book should be sitting right next to your copy of "the Dancing Chain"
5. G.Donald Adams "Collecting and Restoring Antique Bicycles" This book may be a bit earlier than what most people on the list collect but there is still a ton of good information in there.
There are a bunch of others but I find these books are all must-haves and cover the breadth of the cycling spectrum.
