The other thing we might mention is that Masi's method of frame size measurement was (is?) a bit different than most others. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Masi's frame size is measured to the tip of the seat lug, which is taller than the top of the top tube, thereby making a XX Masi about 0.5 cm smaller than an XX whatever else.
My 60 cm GC measures 59.5 cm by "normal" standards. Not a big deal, but you might want to consider this if you are looking to purchase one sight unseen.
