Not sure what you're saying here (maybe you were kidding?). SL and EL-OS are very close in stiffness. Probably too close to tell.

Well, Columbus did include some optional, larger tubes under the EL-OS moniker, mainly a 1-3/8" down tube. But if yours was made with the standard 1-1/4" DT, that is extremely close to the stiffness of the 1-1/8" SL DT due to thicker wall on the SL. All the other tubes are in the ballpark too, some of them stiffer in SL than in EL-OS.

Does the EL-OS frame have a geometry that emphasizes stiffness more than the SL frame?
