Yech, those housings are too long. It's another to each their own thing, but 15 years of running cables for a living says way too long. It also has to do that I prefer three guides on the toptube if you're going to run housing all the way. I do like the look of the little hump in the back even though it adds a little more sponge in the lever feel. The way I learned to run housing was as short as possible without any kinks and that's the way I like it. Anyway, everyone knows what opinions are like. . . . .

PS: The pedals are most likely wired in that position with very fine wire. It's an old photographers trick.
