I am asking for a little help here, earlier I posted a Zeus road bicycle. I have since gotten an email which is a little harsh suggesting that I accept a far lower price for the bicycle. I took the email as a little rude. name withheld:

I hope the individual who sent me the email isn't a member because I surely won't send something worded as he did which may come across as rude. So I would like some honest opinions from the group. Please send offlist if you wish. Am I off base on what I am looking at and what I am offering? I know what I have invested and what I would hope to get out of the bicycle. I feel with the Zeus frameset and other parts that I was being fair. But I would like to know how other members feel. Please let me know your honest opinions. Up for bid is a 1974 Zeus Classic road bicycle, 61cm c-t, 58cm c-c top tube. Classic Zeus cro-moly lugged frameset and fork, made in Spain. New orange paint job, Many new old stock classic parts and other new parts as well. everything is here for the project except for a front wheel and front brake calipers. 700c wide Hybrid rear wheel with a RSX (Fat) hub, Used 700x 28c vittoria mastercross tire, New 7 speed rear cassette, New KMC chain, Campagnolo triumph brake levers with intact hoods(cracked but not crumbly!), used Suntour bar end shifters, NOS orange tressostar cloth handlebar tape with 2 or 3 spare NOS rolls. NOS Zeus Supercronos rear derailleur, Crankset features a Zeus 43t chainring, Zeus chainring bolts, (2) Zeus Cyclocross guideplates don either side of chainring, Crankset is nicely milled on both sides. Left crankarm is NOS, crankarms are 175mm. This bicycle has the original Zeus downtube cable guides nicely polished with no rust anywhere. Also has suntour cable stop on downtube, dia-compe and shimano top tube cable guides. No pedals with this bicycle. New WTB dirt drop handlebars, New Giant EXT adjustable stem, Zeus headset, Super clean Zeus Bottom bracket (might even be NOS, it is so clean and smooth). dia-compe rear brake caliper. Strong, made in Japan, seatpost with a NOS beautiful Zeus 2000 exclusive black saddle. This was a project I began and just never finished and the need for cash now forces the sell. I never rode this bicycle and it is super clean and with all the Zeus NOS components, this would make a great starter project and easy to complete. This bicycle will be packed and shipped by a professional bicycle shop. Cost of shipping is just $30.
