The two Teledyne Ti axles that I have (both marked "68-SS-120") match e-RICHIE's description. The pressed-on races almost blend in seamlessly with the Ti of the axle - nice work IMHO.
In contrast, on my Teledyne Titan frame, both of the brake center bolt holes are drilled at an odd angle to the frame/fork (off of perpendicular by about 3 or 4 degrees!!). A previous owner solved this by grinding a lot of material off of the brake shoe mounting areas on the Campy flat-q/r brake calipers - removing something like 2/3 of the thickness at some points - yikes! Time for new calipers....
