There's two people I'd send it to. JB or Brian Baylis. I'm not sure if JB still has his chromer connection. To polish chrome well without destroying thin tubing and/or lug edges is not easy. I'm sure you can easily find a chromer in your region but most of these places are used to polishing big thick and flat pieces not little round tubes with tight angles. Whatever you do, don't cheap out on the chrome. Bad chrome can make the finest frame look like, well not like a fine frame. Tell us more about this frame. Who's building it? What's the design?
