Hi Ben, Business Cycles, purveyors of track equipment, stocks some cleats by Duegi that are exactly what you are looking for. Just wander over to: http://www.businesscycles.com/trshoe.htm Scroll down to nearly the bottom, and check out the #7021 cleat. Attaches to Look bolt pattern, and has a nice deep slot. Shimano used to make a couple of different varieties of slotted cleats that attached to the Look pattern. They work great, when you can find them. I got a pair from John Barron a few years ago, but that's the last time I've seen them for sale.
