Chris,

From my 1974 edition of Sutherlands, it states solely: Most headsets (on imported bicycles) use 5/32" balls except the following: Bianchi uses 1/8" balls Campagnolo Road headsets use 3/16" balls Campagnolo Track headsets use 5/32" balls Phillips headsets used on inexpensive English bicycles use 1/8" balls Zeus Grand Sport headsets use 3/16" balls
