CLB are most definitely Francais. They range from the magnificent, if idiosyncratic in that uniquely French way, CLB-2's to the CLB Racers, which were absolute crap. The Racers were an extremely poor copy of Mafac Racers. You can tell the difference from the fact that at least one caliper on the CLB Racers will always be completely broken off just above the section where the brake shoes mounted.
