I sold a goodly number of these in "the old days" and can reflect a little... These are made by Alan and this particular version has the cheapest frame set, not the fancier "Record" model. There were a lot of these bikes sold by Ten Speed Drive Imports in the 1980s...While this is a perfectly reasonable bike, the Dura Ace components are fancier than would have seemed appropriate for this frame model. It would have more likely come as a complete bike with Campy Victory or similar . A small annoyance is the seller saying he got rid of the "paper" decals which were in fact multi color screen printed vinyl . I think the removal of those decals damaged the aesthetic value considerably. Dale Brown Greensboro, North Carolina
