Boring is the look of my '83 Peugeot U-08 with internal lugs. Even TIG welds at least give you something to view. I saw a Peter Johnson fillet brazed bicycle last month and I would challenge anyone to say that is was boring looking. Additionally, I have been especially enamored with the fillet brazed Jack Taylors since the early '70s.
