Within the last year I posted my experience with Ten Speed Imports and Tom Eason. Here again is a recap.

In the early 80's I bought a Guerciotti from my old school mate and racing team friend Danny Wagner, he owned Georgetown Cycle & Sport at that time. There was a drive train problem that for the longest time I could not figure out. One day while riding the bike I was looking down at the chainrings and the problem jumped right out at me. The bottom bracket was not square with the rest of the frame. Danny replace the frame and they sent it back to Tom and his comment was that the steel must have stretched to cause that, give me a break. This was at a time many frames were coming into the country not meeting the standards that their reputation had once set. This bike replaced a Cinelli that I wish I still had.
