Gray Mavic SSCs would be correct, but way too hard to find anymore. The Mavic GP-4 would also be a good choice--still available at a modest cost with a little searching. Great rim that'll hold up very well.
Both are tubular rims, but no TI Raleighs came with clinchers that I can recall. The very nice Mavic E-2s were the only thing doing if you insist on clinchers, but they're all pretty much used up I fear. (The other narrow clincher rim of the day was the Rigida 1320, but they were real dogs.)
