Looking an awful lot like Hooker calipers. This is the same Hooker of race car exhaust header fame and he made some go-fast TT / Traithalon bikes a while back (1990's). He may still. He made these brakes also. They were very, very expensive IIRC. I'd bet that no two sets were identical, as they were all hand made and of limited production. The two pictured seem to differ. The missing parts may be a problem since it was mostly proprietary in design, but regular shoes may fit. Try the threaded Cool Stops or Aztecs with the convex washers. Shop owner got them in trade from a customer & knew nothing about them. I realize that they're probably a little newer than most of you all like; I hope no one is offended;) Does anyone know who made them, and about when? They're about half the weight of a Delta!
Cheers,
