No David, they did not. However, I have heard of a Campy prototype stem, with documentation, that someone allegedly has.

A question about Campagnolo components. Did Campagnolo ever make (or have made) stems or bars? It seems like they had the whole bike covered with components (with the exception of spokes), but I've never seen stems or bars in their catalogs. Did I just miss them, or did Campagnolo defer to other manufacturers?
