You are mixing up two threads. There is a first one where there is a fully equipped bike with Campagnolo decals and the wrongly threaded BB (see: http://ebay.com/<blah> you may be right that it could be an Italvega or other run of the mill Italian or pseudo-Italian bike. The second thread is related to another frame being sold (see: http://ebay.com/<blah> that Richard Sachs and Jim Merz are correct in guessing that this second one is a Windsor. This other frame does have a few Cinelli design hints. Lastly, to make things even more confusing, there is a third frame up for sale where the vendor makes allusions to Cinelli in their description (see: http://ebay.com/<blah> has a Cinelli-marked BB shell, a layman could be excused a link to Cinelli.
