SJS Cycles in the UK lists a Schwalbe HS130 in this size for 12.99GBP. You might try Schwalbe's North American distributor to see if he carries or can get them, as this would save a lot of $$ on freight.
BTW, for you Francophiles out there, Schwalbe also list a couple of 650B tires in their catalog.
I've dealt with Klaus several times, and he ships quickly and reasonably. I don't know of any US source for Schwalbe, but he willingly ships to the US from his facility in Canada.
