Well, you can get your favorite silver brazing alloy in a form like that; the filler is ground to a powder and suspended in flux. I got a sample of it once but couldn't figure out a use for it. It's used in industrial brazing of things like dental instruments.

It would make a horrible mess of a lugged joint.
