Well Chuck, speaking from a rural Pennsylvania standpoint and there are a few others on this list to back up my claim. Around here, going for a ride is also like a party. Yep, loud music, pickup trucks, and beer bottles whizzing by on occasion. Now don't get me wrong it is not always like that, but certain times have there moments. Hunting season in the falls always keeps things interesting. Myself, I great enjoy wearing the wool jerseys once the fall kicks in, My collection is growing including several that I had stitch embroidered! Very fun to be able to get out there and spin it up on the Razesa! Toss on the Bianchi woolies when climbing aboard my Bianchi for a ride. I often wear the wool when doing the Habitat for Humanities rides here locally. As far as company to ride with, limited here! And classic company is non-existent.

Walt Skrzypek Falls Creek, Pa formerly of DuBois, Pa, about a mile down the road..where they have one hell of a little league team and the education is less than par! Hobbies include Firetruck polishing and softball. I don't fit the profile!!

So I was having this discussion off-list about dressing to match your bike. Now I know lots of guys get the current clothes to match their modern bikes, like a Postal Trek with Postal team clothes, but do any of you do the same with your vintage bike.

This is me at a local vintage ride the other day. Anyone else out there play dress up or do you think it's over the top?

On the West Coast the vintage rides are pretty much like a party. Is it like that where you ride when you get together?
