many cinelli frames were reynolds but with columbus
forks/stays. the 531 sticker would've said
"reynolds butted tubes"
ambiguous, yes. but it alludes to the main
tubes. you're suypposed to assume the forks/stays
are columbus. my 2 italian masis share this sticker
and tubing phrnomenon.
