I am definitely with other members that have responded to this question; positive feedback is in order. If it had been a manufacturer's warranty scenario, the simple promise would basically be: "item will be and do what we advertise, and if not, we will make it right". Your seller acted with complete integrity, accepting responsibility, giving a full refund! That means you can trust him. It is easy to find kind words to speak of the seller. I once went so far as to say something like: "issue with item was fully and quickly corrected by seller...great integrity". This speaks of the reality that sometimes things do not go as planned, even with the best of intentions and efforts. When that happens, I give as a seller and expect as a buyer, whatever is necessary to make it right. It is not bad in my opinion to err, but it is bad to not amend that error. The loss of time or possible other auctions, I feel, is part of the user's cost of Ebay and other online convenience shopping. Just like anything else in life...we win some, and we lose some.
