I'd venture a guess that it is indeed a PX-10. Tell tale signs are the remnants of the Reynolds decal on top of the seat tube, Nervex Dubois lugs which were reasonably common, especially from around 1972 onwards and finally the chromed rear stays. I believe that the rear stays were only chromed on the PX-10 (full 531db model).
