It looks like this guy has come up with some ingenious way to incorrectly attach the cages, though I can't for the life of me figure why he wanted to. Wish there was a closeup of how he did that. Is the Triumph frame for real? I thought Triumph bicycles were mostly three-speed raodsters and the like, and I thought they disappeared into Raleigh years before this bike would have been built. Of course that 531 aluminum frame should really make this one rare and valuable :-)
