[CR]Mid 60's water bottle cages

For a mid 60's bike would an appropriate cage be something like this REG unit:

or something more like a bent steel cage like a TA or REG that is similar to what we use today? Any good mid 60's pics to demonstrate the point?

When did handlebar mounted cages fall out of fashion?
