This guy is a maniac. Yesterday afternoon, I wrote to him asking about the engravings on the seat stay caps and fork crown & could he send pictures of those areas... He responded in n odd way, saying he was going to buy the bike himself and hoped no one would bid on it...(?) And that his reputation was fantastic so not to worry.. I returned the message, asking again for pics of those areas to "decide whether to bid or not" and offered a " word to the wise" that he should take greater effort to establish his reputation as I had read some not-so-good stuff about him, canceling auctions, etc. ... Well, that ignited the powder keg! Around midnight my home phones rings and this guy has tracked down my number and curses and calls me every name in the book! He threatened me with a law suit and wanted to know who had said anything bad about him, etc etc...I finally hung up on him after he refused to calm down.

I went to his eBay feedback and noticed something odd... He has only a couple neutral or negative responses (which seems amazing given his volatility) but I see that the positives have an odd pattern. Very often, there are repetitive comments .. Same buyer and same comment, two in a row, even three in a row, over and over again throughout the listings... Very strange.

So be careful folks, I think we have a true fruitcake here..
