Dave Tesch had a some since he worked in a bike shop. I'll try to remember a few:

Guierciotti= Gear Chucker Campagnolo= Cramp and go slow Shimano= S***mano or ShimaNO! Masi= Mousey Paramount= Paraquat Baylis= Payless Colnago= Slownago Tesch= Tush Viner= Weiner Tomassini= Thomas Ninny Rene Herse= Rene Hurts Alex Singer= SING er (pronounced with NY Jewish mom accent or Woody Allen) LeJune= Le Junk Trek= Truck Eisentraut= Eisen carp

There were others but they escape me. ;-)
