I'd say these are either Victory or Triumph calipers, contemporary with C-Record (mid-80's). Probably would have had grey pads and (I think) a white O ring on the adjusting barrel as standard. Cobalto and Record (Nuovo Record?) calipers of this era also had script and a triangular section to the arms. The (missing) dome nuts were cone shaped with 2 flats, at least on Record versions. A minor peeve of mine was the substitution of 4mm allen fittings for the 8mm hex cable clamp bolts- couldn't use a T wrench!
