Hey, Y'all:

I've used both, and I prefer the SunTour over the Campagnolo. No matter what I do (and I consider my self a better-than-average wrench), the Cs seem to be altogether too prone to slippage under power, which leads to annoying autoshifting. SunTours don't do this.

BTW, I have a NOS pair of Huret bar-end shifters, currently not in use. Anyone have any feedback on these?

FWIW.........

This is the first place where I have seen someone prefer the Campy Bar Ends over the SunTour Bar Cons. Everyone I have talked to who has used both would not recommend the Campy Bar Ends at all. In fact the prices of each seems to tell a story also. The Bar Cons are almost always more expensive than the Bar Ends when ever I see them for sale. I wonder what the rest of the forum thinks?
