Neat Wastyn! That looks just like my 23" 1937 one, except mine is fully chromed and has more of the period-correct parts. Scott McCaskey is the seller, and Sam D. is the current high bidder. Sam, e-mail me off-list if you want to talk about components for this bike....
My stem is similar to that one, but has the "Schwinn" script stamped on one side - I presume it was from a Paramount originally?
What's an appropriate seat pin for these bikes? Mine came with a 1960s Campagnolo Record (27.2).
The BSA hubs would be pretty trick for this bike....
