The stem on my Wastyn looks pretty similar to a Paramount stem, except it isn't maked Schwinn. The knuckle is marked Velox...anbody know if Velox made the Paramount stem?
The wheels are pretty interesting in themselves. They are a little later vintage, 1950's I am told by Jeff Gromen. The rear hub is a 3 piece hub, and the front is solid. The Dunlop rims are dimpled. The wheels almost look new.
