If memory serves, this is a #75 Tour de France model, current in the late 60's. It's listed in the 1970 Ron Kitchings Handbook (which I don't have in front of me right now). I've had one since I was 15; don't remember how I got it, but it's been passed back and forth between myself and a good friend for 25 years or more now. I also saw one on a Cinelli Supercorsa at the Lars show last summer, and had to stop the guy and comment as it was the only other one I've seen.
