Hi Tom, I have a pair of Detto 2000 "Superlight" shoes, purchased from BC at Renaissance Cycles. These are the really classy shoes with the oak soles! (thanks again BC!) They happen to be size 46, and fit very much like the size 46 Shimano SPD-R shoes I sometimes wear. Granted, the Shimano's are designed for wider feet than the Dettos, but otherwise they are quite close.
