Subject: [CR]Ron Cooper Fork-(Fully sloping Columbus SL)

CR List Members: I recently purchased a 58cm (c to c) Ron Cooper frameset on E-bay. It is early to mid 80's and likely had a fully sloping columbus fork (I have another complete Cooper frameset of similar vintage). This auction was for the frame only. Is there a list member out there that has such an item? Or could lead me to one?

I thought I remembered List members talking sometime back about having an address or contact for "Ron" himself. That would be helpful as well, since my frame has a cracked seat tube along with no fork. this frame is absolutley beautiful, and I'd like to put it back on the road in perfect condition. Maybe I could send it back to the "Master" for repair.

I'm one of those list members who writes infrequently, but reads everything your regulars write!

Regards, Joe Casey, Philadelphia, PA

My vintage collection includes the two Coopers, a Richard Sachs, a Tesch 101, an Andy Gilmour. Modern bikes include Mondonico EL, and a Breezer Venturi.
