Charlie and list
I didn't see the first few responses but I am sure there are several members who can give you details of the benefits of a trike or a worksman cycle. Stable, 3 wheels, still gives you exercise and enjoyment! It may just be the exact answer for you! I don't know anyone personally who is cycling after recovering from a stroke, my father lost his left lung to Cancer and is back to cycling so I say enjoy and ride on!
