I have the following for sale.

23 inch ct, ~23 inch cc (measures more accurately as 58 cm cc on the toptube) Claud Butler with Nervex lugs, rear track dropouts with eyelets, brake drillings. I believe this is from the 1950's though I am not sure. It has a dent in the toptube that measures approximately 29 mm at its longest two points, and 15 mm at its widest, and is maybe 4 mm deep. It has an oil or grease port hole in the bottom bracket but does not have the nipple in it. The headbage is off it too, but I have the headbadge. The frame and fork were repainted. I believe it's Reynolds 531 but there are no decals indicating that.

Currently it has a Williams cottered crank in very good condition; the rear wheel is an undentified (there are no markings on it, either on the outside or inside) 40 spoke, laced 4x, flip-flop hub on a Fiamme tubular rim that is original to the bike when I got it; the front is a 32 spoke, laced 3x, FB hub laced to a Nisi rim (I have the original rim for the hub). I respoked the wheels and I could not get the spokes evenly into the original front rim; it might be out of round, though it appears that it isn't. That's why the rims don't match.

I have jpegs of it, including close-ups of the hubs after I took the original spokes out. (Maybe someone could help me identify the rear hub.)

$450 plus shipping as it listed; $250 plus shipping, f&f with headset, bb.

Thank you.

Cheers.
