Are those Woodrup touring bike wraparound seatstays really " For extra strength, a full wrap-over seat stay arrangement is used" as stated or is it just looks? In any case, I always thought they looked cool on his touring bikes. It would seem that there is more surface area attached if the whole loop underside is brazed to the tube?
