Subject: [CR]More questions about French Components

I hope some members can indulge me again with identification of French components, or at least what I think are French components.

Did Pelissier make handlebars? I have a set of handlebars, engraved on the side appears to be "Charles" (almost for sure that it reads "Charles", the "C" has a swirl and two parallel lines through the "C") then what could be "Pelis(?)ur", but the "P" is backwards as if it could be a capital "g" or even a "T" with a swirl. Underneath that is a signature swirl. They were attached to a Pivo stem.

Brakes: a rear brake with Weinmann shoes, side-pull where the upper pivot arm forms a right angle to pick up the cable. On the front is written "Super Dural" and on the right with quotation marks is: "LAM M(?) Depose". The front brake with this was a Weinmann side pull.

The brake handles have written in a kind of circle near the top of the lever: some indicipherable numbers, then what appears like "Frein ?? Lam ???"

And one more: are there other rubber bar plug maker than Velox that are French? The barend plugs appear similar but not the same as Velox, and I can decipher "g" and "n," gnutti?

Thanks again.

Cheers.

Tom
